un sait care se poate face in 30 min:

deschide notepad si scrie acolo niste html tag-uri, salveaza acel fisier cu extensia .html si apoi deschide-l cu internet explorer

despre html tag-uri citeste aici http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp

Am icercat sa fac cum miai spus, problema e ca cam greu inteleg ce se lamureste despre html taguri.
sa intelleg ca cind vrei sa scrii ceva in notepad formezi mai intii </html> apoi iti scrii compunerea care va aparea in noul site, iar daca vrei sa faci alte figuri te orientezi dupa ceea cei scris si lamurit aici http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_intro.asp
am incercat cel mai simplu
am format </html> am scris comp.....
am salvat, dupa aciasta am deschis cum spui cu internet explorer
mi-a aparut: am scris comp.....
se poate socoti acesta ca un site?
am trimis link-ul altei persoane care imi spune ca pagina sa deschis, dar ca se afiseaza ceva heroglife.
din ce cauza? merci

trebuie sa fii atent la sintaxa, altfel o sa ai erori
o pagina web incepe cu tagul <html> si se termina cu </html> acolo este explicat destul de bine, tu doar da un copy/paste si modifica continutul

cred ca e posibila, trebuie sa cauti free hosting sau ceva de genul asta

dezavantajul este ca cei de la hosting o sa puna ceva reclame peste pagina ta...
